eHubs make local energy smarter, more flexible and more valuable

An energy eHub is a local energy cooperation between multiple companies, buildings or sites.

Within an eHub, participants coordinate how they produce, consume, store and share energy.

 

For example, one company may generate surplus solar power during the day, while another company nearby needs energy for charging vehicles, production or cooling. A battery can store excess energy and release it when demand is higher. Smart control software helps balance everything within the available grid capacity.
